Verona Walk is DiVosta's Naples town-center community off Collier Boulevard, roughly 1,900 homes built between 2004 and 2015 around a 25,000 square foot lakefront clubhouse. What makes it unusual is how much sits inside the gates: not just the resort pool, lap pool, eight lighted tennis courts, pickleball, bocce and fitness center, but a restaurant, bank, salon, travel agency, car wash, gas station and a US post office. Twenty-plus miles of paved trails cross Venetian-style arched bridges, and nearly every home has a water view. Homes built through 2009 use DiVosta's poured-concrete wall construction. There is no golf course and no club membership, which is why the HOA runs roughly $300 to $350 a month while still covering cable, internet, lawn care, irrigation and a 24-hour manned gate. The community is not age-restricted.

Neighborhoods & Sub-Communities: Verona Walk is a single master community rather than a set of named villages. Homes are identified by DiVosta series — Villa, Townhome, Garden, Classic, Estate and Original — with model names including Capri, Carrington, Oakmont, Carlyle, Monterey and Pine Spring
