Living Rooms: There are two separate family and living rooms that offer comfortable furniture and seating arrangements. The main living room features a flat-screen TV and games for hours of entertainment for all ages. There is also a Queen-Sized pull-out sofa available here. Of course, high-speed internet and wireless Wi-Fi are available to allow you to connect with the world with ease using your own phone, tablet, or laptop. 
 
Kitchen & Dining Room: The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare delicious meals for your friends and loved ones. There are beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, and an integrated breakfast bar with additional seating, perfect for brunch or a quick bite on the go. Right next to it is a large dining table with seating for six.
 
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom features a King-Size bed, flat-screen TV, and a lovely seating area perfect for reading or enjoying the view of the pool as you sip your morning coffee. This sofa also converts into a full-sized sleeper. The master bathroom offers dual sinks, an ample walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms feature a King- Size bed, a Queen-Size bed and two Twin beds and offer flat-screen TVs and ample closets for your wardrobe and shopping treasures. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also serves as the pool bath as it gives excellent access to the of use to the pool and lanai. 
 
Pool/Lanai: You will no doubt be spending most of your time outdoors. The mature landscaping and flowering hedges provide a tropical touch to the property, and the fully fenced yard offers that extra touch of privacy. Watch the gorgeous Florida sunsets from the western exposed saltwater electric heated pool. The spacious lanai offers multiple seating areas for dining or gathering for a relaxed conversation. Or fire up the convenient gas grill and BBQ some steaks for an exciting family dinner and dine poolside.
