Premium Marketing Services
Almost every buyer who sees your home sees a photograph first. They are scrolling a search results grid on Zillow or Realtor.com, and your listing gets a fraction of a second to earn a click. If the first image is dim, blue-cast, or flat, the scroll continues and that buyer is gone — not because they rejected your home, but because they never really saw it. Photo enhancement is the work that happens after the shoot. Every image from your listing session is edited by hand: exposure balanced across the frame, color corrected to true-to-life, windows recovered so the view outside actually reads, skies brightened, and detail brought back into the shadows. The result is the version of your home that a magazine would print — and it is included in your listing at 1% commission, not billed as an add-on.

The Editing Work

What the editing actually involves

Exposure balanced across the frame

Interiors are hard to shoot because the window is a hundred times brighter than the wall beside it. A single exposure gives you either a blown-out white rectangle or a dark room. We blend multiple exposures so the room reads correctly and the view outside is visible at the same time.

True-to-life color correction

Florida interiors pick up color casts from everything — pool reflections turning a room green, warm bulbs going orange, overcast light going blue. Each image is neutralized so your white walls read white and your travertine reads the color it actually is.

Sky replacement and brightening

Exteriors shot under a flat grey Southwest Florida afternoon look lifeless. Skies are replaced or brightened to a natural blue with realistic cloud detail, matched to the light direction in the original photo so it never looks pasted on.

Detail recovery and finishing

Shadow detail is lifted, lens distortion corrected, verticals straightened, and distracting elements cleaned up — hose reels, trash bins, a stray cord. The finishing pass is what separates a competent photo from one that looks like it belongs in a magazine.
Why It Matters Here

Why this matters more in Naples than almost anywhere

Naples sells to buyers who are not here. A large share of showings begin with someone in Ohio, New York, Massachusetts, or Ontario deciding from a laptop which properties are worth a trip. They are comparing your home against dozens of others in the same price band, and photography is the only thing they have to compare with. The Naples market also rewards presentation more than most because so much of the value is in light, water, and view. A canal, a preserve, a golf fairway, or a west-facing lanai at sunset is a real financial asset — but only if the photograph conveys it. A poorly exposed shot of a Gulf view is worth nothing to a buyer scrolling in February. And at the price points common here, the gap between a listing that photographs well and one that does not is not measured in clicks. It is measured in showings, in days on market, and eventually in the number you accept.

How It Works

How it works

1

We shoot the home properly

Editing cannot rescue a bad capture. The session is planned around the light — which rooms are best in the morning, when the lanai and pool photograph best, when the front elevation is not backlit.

Every frame is edited by hand

No batch preset applied to the whole folder. Each room has its own exposure and color situation and is treated individually.

You see them before the MLS does

You get the finished gallery to review before anything goes live. If a room did not come out the way you want it, we go back.

Sequenced for the listing

The order of photos is a decision, not an accident. The strongest image leads, and the sequence walks a buyer through the home the way you would if you were standing there with them.

Common Questions

Common questions

Is photo enhancement an extra charge?

No. It is part of the marketing included in your 1% commission listing, along with the rest of the services on this site. There is no photography package to buy and no per-image fee.

Isn’t heavily edited photography misleading?

There is a line, and we stay on the right side of it. Balancing exposure, correcting color, and brightening a sky show buyers what the home actually looks like in person. Removing a permanent structure, hiding damage, or changing a view would not — we do not do that, and it would only produce disappointed buyers at the showing anyway.

What if my home needs work before photos?

We will tell you honestly. Sometimes an afternoon of decluttering and a landscaper visit is worth more than anything editing can do. That conversation happens before the shoot, not after.

How long until the photos are ready?

Typically two to three business days from the shoot for the full edited gallery, faster if you are working against a deadline.
